Hi, how are you? With Adalo you can do many things in many different ways.
I would need more information to understand you, but if you can
For example: Databases that I would create:
Meals: 1 - proteins, 2 - fibers, 3 - drinks, etc.
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc., etc.

On the front you put a button that says CREATE MY PLAN
First action: create a plan that is for the logged in user
Second action: Go to the screen where the products to select are
On the categories page: select protein: click and all the proteins loaded in your database open, you put a button that says add to plan, the action it does is create an item for the plan
And this same step with everything that is food
Then you put a list that says select which day the plan is for… the list of DAYS opens… you select the day and that’s it, that plan is for the user, with the selected day and the itemsi is s
Now, you will tell yourself how to see the correct plan that is for each day. It is simple… in the Home you put a hidden input and there you select today’s day in text… 8/9/2024 you tell it to be in text then it will be Friday… then you filter the plan list to only show the plans that day=input
