I am stuck here as u can see on my snap shot. I would like to insert a menu selection that the user can check the box what they would like to order then check out cart to get the total amount then email to kitchen.
Can someone please help, I am super new and has no experience in developing app at all.

First of all, do you have a collection with menu items? You need to store those items into your database, from there on you can create a list with those menu items.
