Mouse icon changes to yellow circle...how?

I noticed on many of the Adalo videos that when the presenter clicks on certain items in the left menu or on the design surface, the mouse cursor changes to a yellow circle, like:

IS there a way to make that happen with some setting or ?

For use in the Adalo designer is what interest me the most…for now.

So not in Adalo apps?

On a windows computer I think you can turn this on in the mouse settings

Thanks! I see the color change option, but no pointer change option in windows 10? NEVER MIND! I found it! Thanks for the help!
