Moving app users from previous platform app to new adalo app

We have have rebuilt a clients app on Adalo, and we want to publish and move over their users (there’s not too many) from the previous platform app to the adalo one. I propose to publish the adalo app on the existing apple and google accounts.

what is the best process?

Hi ! Yes you can publish your adalo app on the existing one. But users need to recreate an account.

With Adalo you can upload a csv files with all users data

Yes you can. But you need to use current package name ( com.xxx.yyyy )
