Has anyone noticed an error when trying to upload audio files into the database? Mine keeps giving me an error message.
@mrentrekin, what kind of error you get? Did you got it before?
Never got it before. I’ve gotten it a few times since, but it’s sporadic. I will upload a picture when it occurs again, but it’s not every time now, which is good.

For me, .mp4 video file upload doesn’t work (directly from the builder). I can’t remember there was any size constraints for the builder uploads, or am I incorrect? @Dilon
Message is “There was an error uploading your file. Check that the file type extension is correct and try again. If this problem persists, please contact support.” file size 62 MB
mp3s typically do. Usually they have to come in either under one hour and under 40 mb. I have a mindfulness app that has a database collection of at least 40 sounds directly downloaded to the collection, and when I create a new one, I usually download and export that collection to a new app. Recently though, there are more constraints, but those seem to be the two current.
