New User Record not triggering Zapier

Hi

I have a zap that supposedly triggers when a new user is added but it’s not working. It just doesn’t run the zap although testing in zapier shows everything works ok.

Any ideas? I wonder if it’s because it’s the user table?

The free version of Zapier, the Zap runs every 15 minutes.

Have you already tried integromat?

yep, I’m on the pro version so I don’t think this is the issue
