No. of actions when deleting using timer

Good day everyone!
I have a question: I used a custom list to insert a timer with an action to delete the listed group of items. If there are 200 items, does this result in 200 app actions as well?

Hi @anthony25,

Based on this doc App Actions Dashboard | Adalo Resources, the “delete” action counts as an action. So I assume that irrespective of the way you’re invoking “delete” (manually or timer does it), each “delete” will count towards the limit.

Maybe @adalojosh can confirm this officially.

Best,
Victor.

That’s correct. 200 deletes = 200 actions.

In my use case, Is there a way to avoid making so much actions?

If you delete the items from your Collections modal in the builder, you won’t use any actions. But any actions in the app use actions by design.
