No reply from customer support

Can I check how long do Adalo support usually reply? I have been a paid customer for almost 2 years. I submitted a ticket since yesterday. There has been no reply or acknowledgement at all.

I am encountering errors in publishing Android app.

Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with app publishing.
Adalo’s SLA for tickets reply differs based on the plan you’re using. Usually they answer faster but there might be delays (from my personal experience).
Maybe @adalojosh could provide more information on this.

Quite disappointed at their lack of customer support. Also, do not understand why there cannot be an acknowledgment email when ticket is received by them. It makes us wonder if they received the support request. We could end up blindly waiting.

I have the Business app and sometimes it takes up to 3/7 days to respond! It’s a long time to solve a problem with an app that’s already in production! If we don’t have access to the code, the solution should be faster… it should be 24 hours because in Adalo there are people from many countries using it… for example, in Flutter, the prices depend on the area where you are. It seems logical to me, why pay for a full plan if you only get half of the service? … I love Adalo, but this is another problem to solve!!!
