We have several problems with Adalo web UI, mobile UI, and API bugs that we have emailed support about and have heard nothing in response for over a week. We also have tickets created in August that we keep following up on and have yet to have them resolved; our emails are not even responded to in acknowledgement. Not having these tickets resolved is preventing us from further development. We have had a Business Plan for 2+ years and have published several versions. Support for the duration of our subscription has dwindled from bad to nonexistent.
As I type this, I can see from the “Your topic is similar to…” dialog box that Adalo seems to have a problem providing quality support to their customers.
Why is a customer support phone number not available?
Aside from making posts here, what else can we do?
I’m sorry you haven’t received any responses from support. I checked our records and it looks like our team has responded. We recently changed ticketing systems and have had a few makers not receiving replies from our team. We will look into why you are not receiving our replies. @CH_Team I thought I had scheduled one for today but did not receive a confirmation email or calendar event for it. I know Kyle knows my email and should have it on his calendar. Can he reach out to me please?
I am not the only one then! I have been wondering myself. I have had the same issue for at least two months now support replied and have not heard anything. Tried to follow up and get nothing back.
