Noting being able to add collection, Only seeing add collection under external Collection

Hi All,

I am not being able to “add collection”. I see in the tutorials that there are 2 “add collection” options. One is above External Collection the other ins below connect to APIs. The one under APIs has a menu that pops up I am not trying to add an external API. Please advice.
