I am currently configuring a custom action within OpenAI and have confirmed that the test runs are successful. However, I’m encountering an issue where the custom action is not appearing as an option when attempting to link the OpenAI response to another integrated component. Could you please advise on how to ensure the action is visible for downstream mapping?

Do you see any outputs in the test successfull screen and if it is, did you saved them? Any screenshots?
