Passing data to/from Adalo

Hi all

I am looking for the most efficent way to pass values to/from adalo.
I essentially want to use Adalo as my front end development for all of the UX stuff, whilst passing values through an External collection.

Within the External collection I want to run complex formulae etc. where the values will automatically update in Adalo.

I was hoping Google sheets would do this for me but i’m struggling to get values publishing between the two?

How are you connecting to your Google Sheet? Also, have you considered using Airtable?

I was connecting to google sheets via sheetDB. I havent looked into Airtable, does this allow calculations etc.?
