Not sure about the API but I think it’s on the way :

Teaser: Search and Submit an Address on a Form

This feature is being developed and is not available in Adalo yet. As a part of our Location work, we’re adding the ability for users to search for an address with autocomplete and save it using a form. The results will be powered by Google.
