When I tap “Sent Messages” from the Account screen in my native app, a popup saying
“This feature is not available on your current plan.”
appears at the bottom of the screen.
I haven’t implemented any subscription or plan restriction in my Adalo app, so I’d like to know:
Which internal feature is triggering this message?
How can I disable or hide this popup so it doesn’t appear when navigating to the Sent Messages screen?

Which pricing plan are you enrolled in currently? Have you canceled the pricing plan, and downgraded the pricing plan recently?

I did. I’m on the Starter plan now, and I was using the Team plan last month.

Thanks for the update and for the information!
After switching pricing plans, you haven’t submitted any new builds after updating the app right? If it is, and if you were using advanced features which was in the Teams plan that was not in the Starter plan (such as custom actions, push notifications, geolocation, external collections, collections API, …), you need to update the app. See here to check what’s in the Teams plan that are not in the Starter plan. : Plans & Pricing | Adalo
