I’m trying to figure out the best way to manage multiple users and user roles in my Adalo app. Does anyone have a good approach or any suggestions for best practices? I’d appreciate any tips you have on setting up a secure and scalable system.

Can you please explain or give an example of what you need the app to do when you say manage?

For the users roles if you only have 2 roles like (admin and regular) just use a true/false property, if you have more you should create a new collection of roles with one role to many users relationship and assign the roles to users and eventually the different access levels to the roles
