Can adalo handle 20k-100k new users in a day?

Hello Everyone, I wanted to ask about adalos limit as I was going to promote my app heavily and I expect many users to download my app and sign up in a short period of time. But I was wondering would my app crash if I have thousands of users using my app at the same time? Will my app be slow if I got 50k+ users seating in my users collection? How will my app behave if my app became successful overnight or in short amount of period, and my active users grows to thousands? I currently use the adalo internal DB , and I believe my app is well optimized with compressed images. Please let me know anything so I can expect it. Thank you so much.

@Santiago
Works with a similar number I think

Can you guys please tell me…

Hi, how are you? I have a question. Is the app already working? What kind of app is it?

It all depends on the features it has, etc.

There are a ton of elements to consider, relationships, lists, complex logic, actions with every click. This post is too vague. Share the app with us and we’ll let you know if it can handle that amount of users.

Hello, I’m doing great thank you so much for the reply, yes my app is live on AppStore and Playstore, it’s called mentor Ethiopia… it is an app where you can find every information about any business place in Ethiopia( like restaurants, shops, gym, barbershops , 90+ categories,) I have reservation features, liking features, comments, reviews, and an update action on detail screen entry which count views for every place listed and more…

Here is the link for my app… it’s an app which will be having tons of users and tons of database records… basically planning of adding 50k-100k business places in Ethiopia, just like TripAdvisor, booking or airbnb but with so much features and informations…

Hey @Ananiya,

Based on my experience, if your app was built properly based on optimizing your screens performance, and data loading, it’ll be able to handle thousands of users without noticing any issues.

I have apps that are running +20k and +40k users and they’re performing really well. It’s all about how you build the app to be (Simple To Use), and avoid complexity by organizing your database properly, avoiding too many screens, and maintaining smooth data flow between screens.

For more tips about improving your app’s performance & make sure it runs smoothly on launch, I recommend checking those articles:
