Published PWA apps returning Error 503 (custom domains only)

Hey everyone :waving_hand:

Since today, all my published PWA apps are showing an Error 503 – Service Temporarily Unavailable.

Here’s what’s strange:

  • The Adalo Builder works fine.

  • The preview/test links (the previewer.adalo.com URLs) also work perfectly.

  • But as soon as the app is published with a custom domain, I get the 503 error.

It’s happening on all my PWA apps using custom domains.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or is this something specific to custom domain hosting right now?

We’ve noticed that there’s a problem with the Adalo Published Apps due to an Amazon Outage. Our team is on the case and working hard to get things back to normal. We’ll let you know when the issue is resolved. Thanks for your patience! This thread should help keep you up to date.

AWS has mitigated the ongoing outage but has confirmed customers are experiencing a variety of ongoing issues. We are closely monitoring the situation, and expect it to be resolved shortly. In the meantime, AWS continues to describe connectivity issues as “degraded”.
