QR Code linking to next screen

Hi everyone, I wanted to know if anyone would be able to instruct me on how to generate a qr code that when scanned via the inbuilt qr scanner on the app, is linked to a specific company name or id and then forwarded to the next screen off a checkout.

I hope this makes sense.
