Question about the number property

Hi, when the logged in user clicks a button, it updates the logged in user / new messages +1 (it’s a number property) and everything works.
BUT when the logged in user clicks the same button and the button updates the current conversation / creating user / new messages +1, it doens’t work. Does anybody know why? I have really no clue.

Can you take a screenshot of the action for this?

When the logged in user presses the send button, it should update the current conversation / creating user as you can see on the picture, but whysoever it doesn’t work.

Have you tried removing the action and re-adding it? Also, is the user logged in?
