Ready to Launch?

I think I am really close to launching my first app. It was a challenge getting to this point, but I think it was also rewarding.

So before I get all crazy in the head here, I wanted to ask some final questions to help guide me to the finish line.

All of my app elements are made and working to this point:I have already made my Google Play Console Account and will make the Apple one this weekend. Should I first work on my ApiHub account in implement mu subscription based stuff or should I work on my subscribers in-store purchasing (Stripe Setup).

Or does it matter?

Hi @ThunderBlade,

You meant IAPHUB right?

Stripe payment component? Those are physical goods right? Apple might reject your app if using Stripe for digital goods. : App Review Guidelines - Apple Developer

Thank you and have a great day!

Yes…..the Marketplace stores are for physical goods. I will be using IAPHUB for the subscriptions to my app….which is the only digital goods to be offered.

Thanks for the clarifications @ThunderBlade!

I guess the order doesn’t matter but personally I would first setup IAPHUB to test (only works in native apps) if everything working well to avoid app stores rejections that will delay my app submission (mainly Apple App Store) and then setup Stripe. Would love to hear others thoughts too!

Thank you and have a great day!

Hey @ThunderBlade,

Congrats on getting ready to launch. This is an exciting time!
This is a quick pre-launch checklist I’ve used to ensure smooth submissions:

  • Test in published native builds, not preview, on real iOS/Android devices. Check keyboard behavior, conditional visibility, database collections, and Logged In User filters.
  • Lighten the home screen by using only native components, applying filters to lists, and ensuring to have a simple home screen without a lot of components especially multiple lists. This helps avoid blank screen rejections.
  • For subscriptions, prioritize IAPHUB for digital goods and test in TestFlight or during internal testing. Use Stripe for physical goods.
  • Look for common issues, as (The Android keyboard can cover entries in legacy apps, or Slow loading times may occur with some types of lists.)
  • Submit early. The App Store and Google Play Review process can take days or weeks. Apple sometimes rejects apps on specific devices (as older models or certain iOS versions) due to render timing or layout issues in native builds.

Tag me if you need a cloneable pre-launch checklist or a quick audit.
Good luck, let me know how it goes!
