Just took a quick look at your app (cloned it).
Looks like you have a blank custom filter on the home screen’s list. Delete the blank custom filter.
The 2nd screen, the “Quiz” screen, is missing the data connection from the “pause” screen.
Change the link on the pause screen’s “Continue” button to a link back instead. This should restore the database connection to that screen.
You can see that the data connection is restored after switching the link to “Back” instead of “Quiz”.
