If you create your own header and bottom bar on ios it looks horrible not like on adalo legacy where it skretch out automatically
Header bar needs to overrun the top of the screen by quite some way to render nicely on iPhone. Try the same with your footer and make sure your responsive settings are scale with screen and center.
I agree, perfection is really hard to achieve across all devices.

Adalo legacy didn’t had this problem 
I actually always had this with the legacy builds. Only with iPhones that have the cutout screen around the camera.
