Hi,
I am looking to create a form and I am struggling to figure out a few things. I have attached a mock up of what I am trying to do.
- Firstly, I want to be able to select the date and track against a user
- Then I want the user to be able to select one option from each category
- And finally, I want the user to be able to cycle through as many rounds as they like
The goal is to then calculate these totals as percentages on a different screen.
Would anyone be able to help out?
All I can find on the forums and YouTube is a multi-select and drop down forms.
