Send Data from Excel to Adalo with Integromat

Hi!

I would like to connect Excel with Integromat to update a text record in Adalo, so that every day Integromat uses the next row of data in Excel and in the app there is always a new message every day. After the last row of data it should also go back to the beginning. Could somebody please walk me through the creating of this scenario? Thanks in advance!

So I managed to List all excel worksheet rows, list the adalo collection and update it, but now the record is being updated 8 times (I have 8 quotes in my excel worksheet). How can I let Integromat only update the record every 24 hours and only with 1 excel row, that changes every time the scenario is activated?
