Send message to a group of selected users phone numbers

hi guys i am creating an app in wich i want to select a group of user to whom , i write a message and send to each of them phone number like attached image ;

i have create a message collection with these properties ( Name , Message body , user ( log in user ) , users ( thoses who receive message ) , i don’t know how to collect all the users selected phone numbers to send the nothing , sms .

help me please
