Set a link to only open to a specific user

Hello!

I am curious how I can set a link (attached to button) to open specific links for a given individual.

My app has 4 users who each should be directed to their own unique Dropbox upon clicking the link. I am confused with how setting action permissions works - it seems like I should be able to set the link to only work when a User with a specific Count clicks it, but I can’t figure it out. Appreciate any help!!
