Setting up a survey in Adalo

Hello Everyone!
Has anyone set up a survey using adalo? I set it up using forms but can’t figure out how to make sure that with the answers I collect a corresponding user email address? Answers are being collected in the “Feedback” database. Tried one to many and many to many relationships but still email address doesn’t get displayed in the “Feedback” database.

Use Update action to that field with logged in user.

And if you are using the form component you can add this User property and add the value as Logged in user on the Set Automatically section.
