Stripe connect: Charge both the seller and the buyer?

Hi,
I’m building a marketplace and I wanted to take a 5% cut from the amount the buyer pays and 5% of what the seller gets.
Is that possible on Adalo/Stripe/Integromat?

On the editor I’m only able to take a percentage for the amount paid.
