we are using the Stripe card payment component for one off payments. Unfortunately we are getting lots and lots of unsuccessful payments. In our Stripe dashboard the only message we get is “The customer has not entered their payment method.” However, we have checked with our customers and they have always entered a valid payment method.
Stripe support cannot help as they say they don’t receive any further logs from Adalo. The Adalo support does not reply to my emails anymore and they seem pretty lost with this topic.
So does anyone of you had similar problems?
