Did you enable test mode? I guess you maybe trying the live mode with test card.

yes. I tried with test mode with test card(4242 4242 4242 4242 ).

And Adalo keeps showing the same error, but on the stripe dashboard, they showed 200 OK with requests, but no subscription started.

I have passed this on to the team to investigate.
