I know Adalo allows multiple users and user types but as the app developer, do I (or how do I) have/get super admin access to be able to edit or approve users content?
Yes you could set it up that way.
Imagine users make posts. Have a true false property called ‘approved’.
When displaying posts in lists, filter it by approved = true.
Then separately, have an admin dashboard where admin sees new posts and can click them, with click action updating current post to approved is true.
