Support issues and lost work

Is anyone else having trouble with Adalo support not responding. I have a professional subscription which promises a 2-day SLA. Now its 3.5 days after the last email - which was just them asking what my builder URL is.

Hey so… let me tell you what the issue is. One of my screens reverted to an older version. I see no way of recovering what I had done to update that screen and there’s no clear reason why this happened. Anyone else dealing with this issue that rocks your confidence in Adalo?

I used to face such issues before, specially when opening adalo builder from a different PC or even a different browser before closing it on the first one, just to keep things safe I dont work on the same project from different PCs, and whenever I am done with adalo i make sure to change the project selection to another project and close the browser just not to get any caching or pending updates issue, since then I didnt face any incident
