After reading thru the forums I’ve avoided reaching out to support bc the negative reviews made me feel like it would be pointless but I have to say this past week, both situations I reached out to them about, I got not only a response within 24 hours but a solution. It was unexpected but I am so glad I reached out despite thinking it would be a waste of time.
If you’re having a problem, at the very minimum, utilize the support that is literally there for you. If they can’t help, you didn’t lose anything but if they can…. you save yourself a lot of headache & troubleshooting or even money hiring a developer.

However, this past week, I reached out about two separate situations and, to my surprise, I received responses within 24 hours—both with solutions. It was unexpected, but I’m so glad I reached out despite thinking it would be a waste of time. If you’re experiencing a problem, at the very least, take advantage of the support that’s literally there for you. If they can’t help, you haven’t lost anything, but if they can, you save yourself a lot of headache, troubleshooting, and potentially even the cost of hiring a developer. Vagisha specifically assisted me, and I am so pleased with her support.
