TestFlight Error ("Unable to verify credentials")

Hi,
I am trying to create a TestFlight build but face the same problem.
When checking credentials, the system asks for a two-factor password.
When I enter it, the system shows the following error:

## We weren’t able to verify your App Store Connect Credentials.

/Users/administrator/.rbenv/versions/2.6.3/lib/ruby/2.6.0/fileutils.rb:239:in `mkdir’: Device not configured @ dir_s_mkdir - /Users/administrator/.fastlane/spaceship/MY APPSTORECONNECT EMAIL (Errno::ENXIO)

If I skip the two-factor password, the build fails without an error log.
I did not change anything in the App Store Connect; I did not change any access credentials in Adalo.

What could be the issue?

Hi @kollekzioner

What you see is a common error message. Just close it and try again.

I’ve had times where I see this message a couple of times before it goes through.

Same issue here. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Sometimes works fine, sometimes requests a password and fails, sometimes builds, sometimes succeeds.

Same issue here. Cannot get it to go through no matter how many times I try.
