Something crazy happened! I logged into my account and three apps that share the same database disappeared. I’ve logged out countless times and they still won’t reappear… it’s insane, I don’t know what to do!

When apps disappear like that in Adalo, especially ones sharing the same database it’s usually a workspace or sync issue, not data loss.
Try checking you’re in the correct workspace, refresh your dashboard, and verify your database collections. If they’re still missing, reach out to Adalo support with your workspace name, they can quickly restore access.
Of course, I’m on the correct account, using the correct app, and three posts have disappeared. They were posted with the web domain, and it says it doesn’t exist. I’ve logged into the account, refreshed it countless times, logged out, logged in… everything, and they’re still not there. I’m desperate! I’ve already submitted a ticket… this shouldn’t be happening! It’s a security flaw.
I found it’s error because of dropdown menu, if remove it out everything is normally.
We wait for adalo revise this problem.
Okay, but I can’t delete anything because they don’t appear in my account! These were apps that were created months ago and working perfectly, and now this problem! I already submitted a ticket; I hope they fix it quickly because my customers are going to kill me!

Are those apps are created in your account or are those apps which someone shared with you to work on?

We’re not touching any apps until they fix this… the main app works and appears in the dashboard, but the admin app doesn’t, nor does the provider app, nor the seller app… they don’t appear in the editor, nor in the domains… it’s one thing for the domain to have a problem with Adlao, but it’s another for them to have disappeared as if they were deleted! It’s crazy!
It’s an account I created for some clients with whom we have a partnership, and ONLY I can access it. Nobody else has the username and password, and no one else is on the team! I already emailed the team the email address where the apps are located!

Hi Santiago,
Only the person who originally created the apps has access to them unless additional members are added. If you’re not seeing the apps, it’s likely that your account hasn’t been added to them yet.
You can either be added under App Access, or if you’re the Team Owner, you can go into your account settings and join any apps you’re not currently part of.
