Hey guys.
I basically was assigned to make a matchmaker app for my college. The reason why I’m here is because I have no coding experience. I used the Chat template and watched the tutorials, but even after hours of playing around I can’t figure out how to randomly connect someone with other people without showing every user everyone in the database. (Used the Chat app template)
I got to the part where you put which gender the user is seeking in the sign up section, and put that in the database. However, I really can’t figure anything else out. Think of tinder, but with 3 random predetermined matches. That’s the simplest way to put it.
I also want to add functions such as a confirm button for both parties that they went on a date and even a rating system, but I am being way too ambitious.
Any help will be appreciated.
