I am having problems in many apps… the lists DO NOT appear on the front… for example I have an ordering app, you enter the business and it should show you its products, when you enter the products do not appear, you must show the back arrow and enter again to show you the products (THIS IS A DISASTER, FIRST BECAUSE WE LOSE SALES, SECOND THE USER COMPLAINS AND THIRD THEY CHARGE US FOR UNNECESSARY ACTIONS) it is crazy that this happens! all lists have AUTOREFRESH.
This is happening to me in many apps, the lists decide when they want to work or not… crazy!

Hello, it is not in the spirit of fighting or disrespect, I am just highlighting with capital letters (do not read it as a shout) the important points, and unfortunately I have to surprise you because you send me thousands of tickets and I have no answers, I am paying for a plan 250 dollars a month, working in the community, making apps for clients and I don’t have any answers, an error or a problem in an app generates a lot of headaches since we can’t solve it.
For example, I sent many emails because the ADALO account referred to me was canceled and I had commissions to collect, no one answers me and explains to me what happened with that, there are many things, one after the other and I have already invested a lot of time and money in ADALO that it is time for some things to work as they should, such as customer service and not so many delays, the speed of just pressing the go back button that is immediate and does not leave 10 seconds on the page before going, and so I have many things.
I apologize if you interpreted it as a shout or lack of respect, it’s not that, it was to highlight the things that are happening and the lack of support, remember that at ADALO we make apps and the apps generate iterations with users, they generate money, we are not making a design like CANVA that if something happens it does not affect the business.

If you encounter a list not loading when it should, try taking a look at your browser’s console and seeing if there are any errors, and post them here. That may help us track down what happened and resolve it.
