Adalo To-Do-List (made by Ben) I think… is not deleting records from database… filling up with dozens of finished tasks…
once task is completed then the record can go to release database space…
It is not doing this…

There are many reasons why you may want to keep the record there for archive purposes.
Should you want to change this yourself in your app, you can simply add a delete action that is set to the condition of the task being marked as completed.

There is no reason on earth… I want to even see… what users get up to…
Their data is private…
I will add a separate Delete… and see if it removes them
I have a Progress bar attached to this task… that is set to a % of tasks 100% when all tasks are done… which works fine with 6 tasks still to do…
But!.. goes silly when there are over 50 in the database that are still registering in the Progress bars setup. Winch would normally start at 20% per task… and now is 1.5% per task… making progress bar useless…
Before you ask… here is a screenshot of what I mean…
