Update plan payment clarification

My plan is originally renewed monthly on the 19th but today on the 17th I tried to migrate to the new plans and the box appeared, my question is, if I change my plan today on the 17th will I be charged 90 USD right now and also on the 19th as the box says or will the payment date be updated to the 17th for the next month?

Or the payment for 90 USD will be applied until the 19th normally?
