iOS App Review continues to reject my new update because it is not launching on iPad.
Every time I submit a new binary, it gets rejected within a day for the same reason that it displays a blank white screen on iPad.
I have submitted multiple support tickets to Adalo Support and they have been no help. They keep telling me to just keep resubmitting and hope I get a reviewer that accepts the update. The update I need to put out is vital, as it includes a fix to properly sign up for my app.
I’m on the verge of cancelling my subscription with Adalo and moving to another service. If anyone knows a fix to this, PLEASE HELP!
Apple always provide screenshot, just check what does they mean by app not completed, or just reply and ask. And by the way, if you’re app is not complete, Adalo has nothing to do with that.
Apple sends back picture of a blank white screen only on iPad. It works on the other platforms for iOS. I’ve seen other posts about this topic with no solution. It is a problem with Adalo and I can’t seem to find a solution.
