Updating relationship using webhooks/make

Hi, I would like to update a relationship in a collection. This is the process so far:

user purchases a program

  1. List item
  2. spreadsheet (googlesheet) is updated with program name

What I want to do is add it to my collection, which has a many to many relationship between users and programs.
