Hello all,
After submitting app for internal testing. I have made some changes in the app and downloaded new build.
What would be the next steps? should I disregard the release or edit the release or something else?

I’m by no means an expert on this, but if it were me I’d simply create another release.
I don’t know where you are based, but here in the UK Google’s review process takes approximately 6 days…so don’t hang about!
