User signup Issue

I have already checked of this topic, and though it exists the issue still remains.
Unfortunately the thread was closed so I am reopening in a new one.

Please see attached images.


As you see, there are no records for this to be triggered.

Okay, I have cleared cache, tried a private browser session.
None of which has solved the issue.

In addition to this I have tried several emails and had no luck also.
Same error each time without fail.

@FiniDev , could you share some screenshots of your setup? Which plan you are on?



And my plan is the xProfessional one.

Inputs are the adalo’s pre-built ones right?

No, actually I have a custom input system that was created by one of the Adalo Experts.

So the inputs are newly developed ones?
