I'm tearing my hair out too. It's outrageous that the Adalo status says "under observation"; it should simply say "out of order." My application is unusable. Furthermore, my Zapier requests freeze as soon as the Zap contains an "Adalo record." I don't know about you, but I can never open a ticket with Adalo support; there's always an error message at the end. Adalo really needs to provide clear answers about all these malfunctions.

Thank you for your availability and response. It just feels like from Adalo’s side it’s business as usual, like their status page claiming everything is perfectly fine, while we’re left completely helpless.

Is it safe to still work on the editor, or do we risk losing all the changes?
I made some changes in the editor in some of my apps, but I think it’s better to wait until the issue is resolved if you’d like to implement new features or make adjustments.
This way, you’ll be able to test the changes that you’re gonna make in the editor normally without any issues in the performance.

My apps are still slow, and I keep getting internal server errors… I’ve been on a page for 5 minutes just waiting for a list to load! It’s a disgrace; my clients are furious. Because of this, a client who had an app with over $150,000 in sales opened another app elsewhere and abandoned me… It cost me a lot.
We pay a lot of money every month to have so many problems!
No news? We are at a loss for answers.
