Weak and unstable performance in recent hours

Hi friends, has anyone else experienced this in the last few hours? Small bugs in loading lists, slowness, etc.

Is the issue still ongoing? Kept getting error and slow performance on my testing apps.

Hello everyone, I’m experiencing the same issue on my end. It’s unfortunate that the Adalo team hasn’t updated the status page at https://status.adalo.com/, as this would have saved me from wasting considerable time rechecking everything, since I was wondering if the problem might have been on my side.:face_with_spiral_eyes:

Yes, me too, the transition from one page to another is very slow, databases don’t load, many actions can’t be completed

@Gabrial any updates? Client is still reporting problems, is it an AWS outage or is it an native Adalo Api/Collections issue?

I agree, this is business, not a hobby.
If the business is closed, you need to know what to expect.

It’s unfortunate timing! We just launched a few days ago, and this issue is giving users a poor first impression. Since this is a business app, reliability is extremely important to all of us. I appreciate any updates from the Adalo team on what’s being done to resolve the slowdown quickly.

Urgent responses are needed to the ongoing failures in Adalo. I no longer have any excuses to give my users; and they no longer accept ā€œthank you for your patienceā€ because they are losing money.

A few days ago we have problems with the dropdowns now this ā€œElevated Database Errors and Performance Degradationā€ is just really disappointing.

We need better customer service and faster problem detection systems. Sometimes it seems that Adalo doesn’t notice bugs until users submit support tickets. I think that we, as providers/developers, should be the ones to notify our customers of any bugs so that they can take action in their companies or businesses.

But instead, they are the ones who notify us that their platforms are not working, and it seems that we are then the ones who notify Adalo of the failure. It should be the other way around.

Completely agree with @Fercho, we as providers expect more from Adalo, the current problem is not a minor issue and I do not feel like is being handled with the seriousness that it should get.

From my side, i can’t go to the second screen of the mobile app. Only the welcome screen appear and nothing else action works… I’m completelly blocked on it…

I will find it fair if Adalo offer to every users that have had the problem a discount on the next payment because the problem is here since more than 15 hours for me… so i guess that others people are in the same situation than me…
