My web app works fine on my Mac using Safari or Chrome. But my assistant’s web app doesn’t work on her Mac. At the same time, when I click on it on my computer, it works. When she clicks on the same thing, it searches for hours. The same thing happens with some of my clients, while I have no problem!
My webapp fires from a webpage. When I access the web app from the webpage on iphone safari works well but when I open on iphone google it does not work. It happen on both my iphones.
Can someone counter check this for me…on an iphone using google
Go to smartz-tutors.sg
click on the “Launch Smartz Tutors” button
Do not install the app to your home page
Click on the “Login” or “Signup” button
See if you can proceed, I get the “action not completed” error
@emmuraiso : Is the assistant trying on Safari + Chrome but still doesn’t work? Is it the same network connection or a different one? Is those clients using a Mac too? Could you share me your Adalo App URL in a DM?
@eduscvs : Doesn’t have an iPhone and shared with a team member to reproduce the issue. (I don’t see any issues with my laptop or Android mobile device) Would you be able to share a quick screen recording of what you see with both browsers in here or in a DM?
