Web ssl error on custom domain

I’ve seen others on this forum with no real process to resolve this - what seems to be the issue with my domain? app.skylarkcafe.com

The process seems to be flawed to me such that I’m creating a CNAME record pointing to hosted.adalo.com - shouldn’t I create a subdomain or A records such that your certificate supplied to the browser is authorized or something?

Please help figure it out! :slight_smile:

tried creating an A record pointing at the ipv4 address for “hosted.adalo.com”

I FOUND A BUTTON in the Adalo interface called
“RESET SSL CERTIFICATE”

If you run into this error, CLICK THIS BUTTON - click publish - add a new domain - the one you already added is there - click one of the buttons without labels.

To adalo - all buttons should have labels.
