Hi, I have some random users where when they press a button the custom actions are not triggering.
Could it be related to instant navigation? Could someone define what instant navigation does and the benefits of it?

It is just a white screen with loading icon in the middle that show immediately after a user click a button lets say with multiple actions, just to give a feedback to the user that something is happening instead of freezing the screen, it is useful in some scenarios and giving better user experience, but it still has some bugs, one of them is what you are facing is that in some situations not all actions will be executed, and it is totally random, so if it is happening just disable the instant navigation on that particular component
