What’s the difference between PWA and “Share your published app”?

Are these different, as I understand it? In the “View App” section, you can share a link to the app, and in fact, it’s not a full-fledged PWA, but simply considered a prototype app for preview, right? And to get PWA, you need to turn on the “Publish” switch, set up a domain, and so on, right? I’m confused, please explain.

PWA - Progressive Web App:

Published to the web. ( Not a native app in an app store )

Share your published app:

As it reads. share your app.

Publish your PW app ( to the web ) :

Publishing means that all updates can be seen / used.

This means, you can build and preview, without publishing.
