I have a chat screen and want to send the other user a notification when a message is sent. What does it mean by “screen” Must I set the Chat screen to be the target screen?

Screen means when the user clicks the notification that user is going to that screen.
Finally, select which screen in your app the user should be taken to when the tap on the notification.
